The company was very professional and when I had a question about my order, I called the customer service number and spoke directly to a real person who was very helpful. I ordered my DVD's in November 2008 and did not find this to be the case. After ordering I had read several reviews that were negative about the DVD's and the infomercial ordering, basically calling the company and the DVD's a scam. I have to say that these DVD's are great. True Core Rhythms Latin Synergy is exciting and envigorating!! and after five years together we are finally making wedding plans because i look so good now that he asked me to marrie him. now that we both look better to each other and have dancing in common nothing could go wrong. i first got core rhythms latin synergy about four months ago and i love it right from the beginning it have my attention right from the get go and the n when i started to loose weight and learn the dances better i would go out to the club and use all my moves and so there for iwas looseing even more weight and feeeling even better.i started looking and feeling so good that me and my boyfriend ended up doing it togeatrher and he lost 40 pounds and it has brought us closer togeather for the better. it was never boring for me and i lost thirty pounds using it and know i know how ot dance latin dances tooo.
